The Residents and Fellows Basic Course Scholarship is available to residents or fellows attending the 2012 Winter Basic Course being held February 17-19 at the University of California San Francisco. Each scholarship recipient will be awarded up to $750 to be used to defer travel expenses related to attending the course.

ELIGIBILITY & SELECTION
Applicants are responsible for all course registration, hotel and airline fees. Open only to residents and/or fellows who have not attended an ASMS Basic Course. Selection will be based on: completed application, applicants CV, and date received. Scholarship will be awarded to include as many different institutions/practices as possible, so it is likely there will not be two surgeons accepted from the same institution or practice. Applicants will be notified via email.
